Support
HanQuest is made by one person. You will be writing to him.
Email support@hanquest.com with anything: a bug, a word that is glossed wrongly, a stroke order that looks off, a feature you want, or a question about how something works.
Things worth including
- Which app, and the version number from its settings screen.
- Your phone and Android version, if the problem looks like a crash.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
- For a content mistake, the word or sentence itself — pasting the Chinese is the fastest way to find it.
Moving your progress to a new phone
Every app can export its progress to a file and import it again. Export from the old phone, move the file across however you like, then import on the new one. Your progress never lives on a server, so this is the only way it travels — and it means nobody else can read it.
Something is wrong with a word
Please do report these. The dictionary and the course are generated from a corpus, and a wrong gloss or a bad segmentation is a bug in that corpus worth fixing for everyone, not just a nuisance for you.
Refunds
Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds are handled by Google under Play's refund policy. Write anyway if something did not work — a fault is worth knowing about whether or not you want your money back.
